EMBROIDERY
Whether your motivation is to show your loyalty to a sports team, improve your business identity or
give a one-of-a-kind gift, 1st Class Apparel is your best source for high quality, computerized embroidery. Embroidery can easily be placed on T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Jackets, Caps, Towels, Bags,
Blankets and most any kind of fabric that can be placed in a sewing hoop.
Custom embroidery is our specialty. No order is too small!
SCREEN PRINTING
You may want to consider screenprinting for especially large designs on T-Shirts or Sweatshirts.
A graphic artist will assist you in setting up a design to your specifications.
We do require a minimum order of 12 items for screenprinting.

2. Use our design catalog to choose the
design you want.
3. Decide what colors of thread you want. You
may use our thread chart to help you.
4. Contact us with the details, including
placement of the design, and we will give
you a price quote.

Designs are prepared for embroidery by passing through a process called "digitizing". Digitizing determines the stitch types and directions, to create the best result possible.
The price of embroidery is calculated from the size of the design and the composition of the stitches. Together they create the stitch count. The lower the stitch count, the lower the cost since it takes less thread and less time to sew the design.
